I agree with the opinion of Mr. Albert because the
social networks actually are a great opportunity to stay in touch with
customers. In this sense, it is necessary that the company hires an expert to
be responsible of social networks especially in case there is some negative
feedback from some customers. The company needs to take this step because
competition every day becomes larger and social networking is a tool that
allows the company to capture a wider number of customers. Furthermore, it is
important to follow certain rules when using social networks, some rules have already
been added by Mr. Albert and some others such as the following could also be
added:
1) In case of negative or positive comments from
customers, the answer must be made personally.
2) Social networks of competition need to be monitored
constantly, this will allow the company to know their projects and determine
the course of action to be taken.
