It is well known that companies should have political standards that regulate the use of social networks in the workplace, because it could affect concentration and productivity, however the correct use of this communication tools can mean an strategic advance that involves technology and novelty.
As a company we need to evolve and adapt to the context, the high demand of social networking can represent a huge opportunity to hear our costumers' opinions and ideas, to promote our products and to expand our market. We are capable to make a successful transition because our company is full of proactive people who are looking forward to promote our ideals and use every single possibility to grow.
Here I pose some possible steps to achieve our objective:
- At first we have to communicate the idea to every department in the company , in order to look for their opinions and suggestions.
- Then we have to determine our target.
- Create a plan of publicity and select the information that we want to share through the analysis of our needs and goals, involving work ethics and proper use of that kind of tools.
- Implement the plan.
- Observe and analysis the results.
