To make the decision of whether a company should make way for the use of social media or not, the first thing you should do to answer these three questions.
  • Who is our customer? 
  • What things do they like besides what we offer?
  • Witch of these tools can we use to help the company grow?
It's easy to know why the first two questions, but the third is probably the most important related to what we are talking about, We must take into account that not all social networks serve the same purpose, in the same way that not all companies do the same things. Because of this, it has come to the conclusion that depending on the type of company should use a kind of social tool. For example, a company dedicated to selling clothes and want to advertise on social networks, they should use social networks like Instagram or Facebook where they could showcase their products, but if the company is offering some kind of service, probably the social tool best suited would be Twitter where his ties with customers would strengthen.

After having answered these questions we concluded that our company should make way for the use of these tools because the benefits would be of great importance for the growth of the company. The first major advantage would be that would establish new ties with potential clients and existing client relationships, as it would establish a new channel of communication with them. Through social media we can answer questions and concerns and see what things can be interesting to our customers. After that you have to take into account that today, the vast majority of individuals and businesses use these tools which would encourage a new way to advertise our business with great possibility that it remains the best method of advertising.
