Going Social is not an
easy task for a company to accomplish; social medias began as a channel for
personal interactions, connecting families and friends. Due to social medias’ increasingly
popularity, companies had to implement them to improve their productivity as
they reach out customers directly. Social medias not only improve a company’s
productivity it also makes employees perform a better job, stay connected, and
reach more audience. That’s why I agree with Elizabeth Lupfer writer of the
article “Five Step Roadmap to Internal Social Media”, as she states that it is
very impressive how social technologies have a great impact on companies’ productivity
and that, as a result, companies should implement a way to maintain sustainable
their social medias by adhering this steps which are an innovative way to make
employees adapt to this circumstances as now a days the technology and
specially social medias have a great impact on society. Social medias are a
revolution that changed the world and because of that, corporations quickly
realized that this tool would be the future, that’s why going social is
important and essential for a company, eventhough it has negative aspects, it should
turn into social as technology is the world’s future.
